** Nuna Parr SIGNATURE Dancing Bear
Masterpiece Carving! Museum Quality Investment Art Piece!
NOTE: Several years ago, Nuna suffered an injury to one of his arms which severely limited his carving. At that time, we were able to acquire a dancing bear which one of his relatives helped him carve by holding the stone. Happily, he recovered but the volume of his carvings has diminished. This is life. Carving stone is physically brutal.
We are very keen to find his every one of Nuna's bears including the pieces that have not been available on the open market.
TOMMY
I was elated to meet Tommy.
Nuna carved this deliciously green Dancing bear in 2015.
He is a CLASSIC Nuna Parr Dancing bear.
Parr enthusiasts look for the arched back, scissoring arms and that slight twist in the lumber spine. And the gorgeous face and long neck.
Tommy represents the opus of Nuna's career.
Tommy is the Magic that happens when years of hard work and innate talent collide!
Perfection!
BUT still, there is something else that makes Tommy special.
And that is the Nuna presence that surrounds each of Nuna's bears.
You can't explain it.
It just exists.
Finally, do I have to point out the investment value of a Nuna Parr bear?
In the near future, Tommy will be sought after by collectors will want to buy this piece as fewer and fewer carvings come onto the market.
I am so honoured to have this piece.
