Oshutsiaq's carving talent has enabled him to take a magnificent piece of vanilla white stone and produce an Inukshuk who looks like he is actually carved from blocks of snow.
Just like the blocks of snow the Inuit use to build igloos.
Two features that stand out are the high blocks of stone used for the feet and the diagonal line which divides the "torso" block.
These two effects make me envision Blizzard as a Mountie with his high leather boots and his gun belt crossing his body.
